Finned tube:

The finned tube we provide is extruded, which is different from the finned tube by high frequency welding and wrapping method. Fins are obtained by rolling to form the outer surface of a seamless tube. This technology can be transformed into straight fins on the pipe only by extruding the wall thickness. Therefore, the fins and tubes are integrated and inseparable, thus avoiding the heat resistance between the fins and the tubes and optimizing the heat exchange efficiency. Based on this structure, extrusion type can withstand more severe working conditions than other finned tubes. On the other hand, it also shows some unique functions, such as enhanced physical structure, anti-vibration, anti-corrosion ability and long service life. Under this technology, we can use two main finned tubes, single metal tube and double metal tube. The former uses only copper, aluminum and copper and nickel. The latter has a core tube made of a harder material inside. In this case, the outer tube is wound onto the core tube to provide tight bonding and good thermal contact between the two tubes. Custom finned tubes are available. Specifications are as follows. If necessary, the finned tube can be made into various forms after the soft annealing process. They can be used for cooling and heating under large-scale conditions. For example, coils in water heaters, oil coolers in large machines, heat transfer parts in boilers and heat recovery systems, condenser parts or evaporator parts in air conditioning and refrigeration industries, etc. Materials of finned tubes include copper (C10200, C12000, C12200), copper-nickel (C70600), aluminum (1060), aluminum alloy, aluminum steel (bimetal), aluminum stainless steel (bimetal), aluminum copper (bimetal), and aluminum copper-nickel bimetal.
